1.  Saturday, September 29
Show & Dance with 4 Vincy Calypsonians backed by Ossie Gurley & the
Relatives.  OFL Building, 15 Gervais Drive (Don Mills & Eglinton).
Admission:  $20 by advanced tickets and $25 at the door.  Get Your TICKET
EARLY.

2.  Independence Dinner Dance - Saturday, October 27
Although this event in over a month away you only have up to September 30
to get your Early Bird Ticket for $60.00.  Thereafter, it is $65.00.  BUY
EARLY AND SAVE.

3.  Independence Thanksgiving Church Service - Sunday, October 21
Worship & Praise at Rosewood Church of the Nazarene, 633 Milner Avenue,
Scarborough from 4:00 p.m.  Contact any executive member if you would like
to make a donation to refreshments.

4.  Children's Christmas Party 
 Call any member of the Executive to
register your children for this year's party to be held in mid December.

5.  Christmas Food Hamper for the Less Fortunate

if you know of someone who needs assistance or if you would like to donate
to this cause.

6.  Calypso Competition  -  Saturday, November 24
Come out and support Local-based Vincy Calypsonians at CAW Union Hall, 15 Tangiers Road at they vie for cash prizes and the winners crown.

Independence Anniversary Dinner Dance

At Renaissance Parque Banquet & Convention Centre,

Admission is $60.00 and there is an open bar (All drinks are included).


Town Hall Meeting - Sunday, November 5 
from 3:00 p.m. at York Civic Centre,
 2700 Eglinton Avenue West at Keele.
  Topic for discussion is "The Caribbean Court of Justice".  This court replaces the British Privy Council as the final court for participating Caribbean countries.  Hear presentations from Justice Adrian Saunders of the Caribbean Court of Justice and Justice Gregory Regis of the Ontario Supreme Court as well as other legal practitioners.

Admision is free and refreshments will be served.
